The main intention of Sunday school is to provide education to children about the church history, the Bible and developing a character that provides good behavior. The Sunday school that we are presently following was developed in the late 1964 with the name “Orthodox Sunday School Association of the East” (OSSAE). Each Sunday school unit is affiliated with this association and most of the Sunday school activities are conducted within the area and Diocese level. 

The St. Mary’s Sunday school began in July 2011, which was the beginning of our church. From then on, the Sunday school is fully alive and functioning according to the guidelines presented to us by the Diocese of south west America. A dedicated team of teachers and substitutes are handling classes ranging from pre-k to 12th grade.
